However, the role pressure of volunteers and volunteers is actually very different; compared with volunteers, they are taking this as a profession and must go through many experiences. This kind of reality makes volunteer schools, The role of the rank-level officer is much heavier than other volunteer officers. Therefore, in the process of the management of the national army, psychological capital is an indispensable element of the management of the national army, and it also deeply affects the psychology and attitude of the members of the national army. This study aimed at volunteers in a unit of the National Marine Corps, and adopted a general sampling method to conduct a ground-to-ground questionnaire. 300 questionnaires were sent out and 264 valid samples were collected. The questionnaire recovery rate was 88%. The results of this study: 1. The assumption that psychological capital has a significant negative impact on role pressure is established. 2. The assumption that the role pressure has a significant negative impact on the retention of any will be established. 3. The assumption that the psychological capital has a significant positive influence on the retention of any will be established. 4. The hypothesis of role pressure on the psychological capital and the arbitrariness of any willingness is established. For the national military authorities to have an index of reference when upgrading the psychological capital of the national army personnel and leaving any wish.
