In addition, whether overall political climate has any moderation effect on the relationship between job motivation and job performance was also examined. With the petrochemical industry as research subject, a questionnaire survey method was adopted. Scales used by domestic and international scholars were modified by experts for validity, and the pre-test administered. The returned questionnaires were measured for reliability and validity, and revised accordingly. A total of 1,200 copies were issued, and 1,077 valid questionnaires were collected. The study found that: (1) Overall impression management was predictive of job motivation. To achieve favorable personal or material outcome, individuals used different strategies to enhance their positive impact; (2)For individuals who value salary and promotion and are more likely to work hard for salary and promotion, their job motivation did not significantly improve their job performance; (3)When self-perceived conduct triggers work-related behaviors and determines their intensity, direction and duration, individuals actively demonstrate their abilities and achievements to motivate job performance related behaviors; and (4)For individuals who view actions such as volunteering for difficult work or helping their colleagues solve problems as opportunities for demonstrating their ability and knowledge, the higher their organizational political awareness, the greater the impact of due diligence on job performance Yu-Lung Wu 吳有龍 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 85 zh-TW |
