For the overall organizational structure, reformation is downsizing the organization and personnel. The purpose of this paper is to explore the correlation between the work pressure, work values and organizational commitment of the unit''s staff in the face of the continuous reduction of the national army''s production units. The research object is the staff in a case study of production and manufacturing center in national army. This study was conducted by questionnaire sampling survey with the Likert scale measurement method. Based on statistical analysis software SPSS, narrative statistical analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample T test, single factor variance analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out by questionnaire data. Each hypothesis in this research has been validated. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed in the case study unit and 193 valid questionnaires were collected. The differences in the personal background of the subjects and the differences in research variables have been carefully investigated and understood the related influences of work stress, work values and organizational commitments. The results can be proposed useful reference for the decision-making and executive levels. Research results found that the correlation between the work pressure of the staff and organizational commitments is partially significant in the case study unit, and the correlation between work values and organizational commitments is entirely significant. For the prediction of the work pressure commit to the organization, each dimension has an explanatory power in organizational commitment. Interpersonal relationships to organizational commitments has significantly negative correlation. It is suggested that the case study unit should work on the communication between the superior and the subordinate, increase mutual trust and mutual understanding, and affirm the efforts of the subordinates. A positive leadership and management would be able to effectively improve the overall organizational commitment. For the prediction of the work values commit to the organization, each dimension has an explanatory power in organizational commitment. Superior-subordinate relationship to organizational commitments has significantly positive corelation. It is suggested that the case study unit should work on the the affective interaction in the work environment, construct a friendly workplace environment and relationship, and transform the superior-subordinate relationship into a working partnership. An intensity the relationship between family and friends should be able to effectively improve the overall organizational commitment.
