The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between leadership style and subordinate resigning inclination of leading cadres at the grass-roots level in the army. The study focuses on the commissioned officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers of an Army unit to discover whether there is a relative impact between the leadership style of grass-roots leading cadres and the resigning inclination of subordinates (officers and soldiers), and to explore the relative relationship between the leadership style of grass-roots leading cadres and the resigning inclination of subordinates. The study adopted the questionnaire method to collect data. The officers and soldiers of a military unit in Southern China are taken as the research objects. In this study, 150 questionnaires were sent out by group sampling from March 25 to April 3, 2019, and 150 valid questionnaires were collected. Descriptive statistical analysis, t-test analysis, single factor variance analysis (ANOVA), and regression analysis were used to explore the relationship between the variables. Through the analysis of the data, the results of this study are as follows: 1. There are significant differences in the leadership style of non-commissioned officers between service seniority and educational level. 2. There is no significant difference in the resigning inclination of non-commissioned officers in different backgrounds. 3. Whether transformation-style leadership or trade-style leadership, there is no significant relative impact on resigning inclination. Hsiang-Chen Hsu 徐祥禎 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 76 zh-TW
