| Summary: | 碩士 === 醒吾科技大學 === 觀光休閒系所 === 107 === With the changing times, people’s leisure activities have gradually transformed from entertainment-based to experience-based activities. Additionally, with the trend of the traditional industry’sengagement in tourism and transformation into tourism factories. They offer traditional industries an alternative way to transform. Visitors can see the production processes of the factories, get to know industrial culture and enjoy a sense of recreation. And the tourism factory is a popular place for outdoor education. The purpose of this research was to explore and discuss the cognition, satisfaction, effect of outdoor education for junior high school students as well as explored the relations among the cognition, satisfaction, effect of outdoor education. The main objects of this study were junior high school students who learned at Black Bridge food Factory. Altogether 320 questionnaires were sent out and 305 valid ones were retrieved. Recovery rate is 98.4％and valid rate is 96.2％. A total of 305 samples were obtained. Descriptive statistics, independent sample T-test, one-way Anova, Pearson Product-Moment correlation, and Multiple Regression were computed for data analysis.
Through the statistic analysis, the following findings were conducted:
First, there was some significant impact of the relation among the outdoor teaching of tourism factories learning perception, satisfaction of junior high school students. And there was no significant impact of the relation among the outdoor teaching of tourism factories learning achievement of junior high school students.Second, the result of learning cognition and learning satisfaction revealed positively correlated, the result of learning cognition and learning effect revealed positively correlated, the result of learning satisfaction and learning effect revealed positively correlated. According to above conclusions, the study provides several specific suggestions to Black Bridge food Factory, junior high school teachers and follow-up research.
