However, the current technology is still limited by more biometric identification. At present, China's Immigration Department has established a face recognition system in the Republic of China in 2009. It is also established to prevent foreigners from coming to Taiwan to commit crimes. In recent years, it has also facilitated the establishment of face recognition for the information flow of various people in various departments. It also allows the first-line personnel of the Immigration Department and relevant police units to effectively master Chinese and foreign countries. Human information allows crime investigation to be mastered in advance; this study explores the relationship between key factors of face recognition system, and designs the research questionnaire by discussing the relevant literature of key factors of face recognition system and the results of discussions with experts, and locks the person engaged in the study. Face recognition system related personnel, supervisors and industry to fill in, this study collected 31 expert questionnaires, find 3 facets, 13 criteria, use decision-making laboratory analysis to analyze causality results found: in face recognition system The key factors under the facet are from the purpose of serving the people, as long as they are well mastered One factor, other factors interact and control; the criteria under the criminal investigation facet find that the key factors are from the crime factor; the key factors in the complete information integration facet are from the identification of information availability; The underlying criteria come from assisting relevant government departments in inquiring about information. Through causality, we can know that we need to control these factors under the face recognition system to achieve the key to success; in order to facilitate the government departments to refer to the factors when setting up the face recognition system.
