description 碩士 === 中華醫事科技大學 === 生物科技系暨生物醫學研究所 === 107 === When the workload of employees exceeds the load pressure, in addition to affecting the quality of the overall care quality, it directly affects the safety of patients and indirectly exposes employees to risks. This study used a regional hospital in South Taiwan to be 20 years old in 2017. The results of the health check were analyzed by statistical software SPSS 22.0. A total of 614 sample were adopted, including women (79.6%), 20-44 years old (61.1%), married (64.7%), nursing staff (43.3%), and working years greater than seven years (62.7%). Three classes (61.1%), non-administrators (85.2%), no smoking (95.4%), no drinking (73.1%), and no chewing betel habits (97.7%).The study found that gender and BMI, blood pressure, blood glucose and triglyceride (P <.05) reached statistically significant differences, and the male abnormal rate was higher than female; age and BMI, systolic blood pressure, blood glucose, triglyceride and LDL (P < .05) reached statistically significant difference, over 45 years old, overweight, systolic blood pressure abnormalities, abnormal blood glucose and triglyceride abnormalities were higher than 20-44 years old; marriage and BMI, blood glucose and HDL (P < .05 There are statistically significant differences, married overweight and abnormal blood sugar marriage are higher than unmarried, except that HDL unmarried is higher than married. There was a statistically significant difference between the category and BMI, waist circumference, systolic blood pressure and triglyceride (P<.05). The executives were overweight, waist abnormalities, and abnormal systolic blood pressure were higher than medical personnel and nursing staff, except for triglycerides. Medical staff abnormally accounted for more than administrative staff and nursing staff. There is a statistically significant difference between the seniority and the systolic blood pressure (p<.019). The abnormality of the seniority is greater than 7 years and the abnormality is higher than 4-7 years and less than 3 years; whether the third shift is only statistically significantly different from the BMI (p<.007). The three-shift abnormality of the round-free class is higher than that of the three-shift class; whether there is a statistically significant difference between the supervisory position and the blood glucose (p<.007), and the abnormality of the supervisor is higher than that of the non-executive. Is there a statistically significant difference between smoking habits and systolic blood pressure (p<.007) and blood glucose (p<.017), and smoking habits are abnormally higher than no smoking habits; whether there is drinking habits and BMI, systolic blood pressure And BSR (P <.05) reached statistically significant differences, and drinking habits were abnormally higher than no drinking habits; whether there were chewing betel habits and BMI, waist circumference, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, blood glucose triglyceride (P <.05) There is a statistically significant difference. The above-mentioned chewing betel nut habits are higher than the chewing betel nut; FRS and gender, age, marriage, whether or not there is a competent position, whether there is smoking, drinking, chewing betel nut, BMI, waist circumference, Diastolic blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL and LDL and FRS were statistically significantly different (p<0.05). In FRS males, chewing betel nut, triglycerides normal, administrative staff, supervisory, unmarried, the above seven variants explained 49% variation; after 10 years, cardiovascular disease was 0.368% more male than female, Those who chewed betel nut habits did not chew betel nuts 0.352%, and administrative staff were 0.146% more than other medical personnel; while triglycerides were normal, they decreased by 0.213%, those with supervisors decreased by 0.127%, and unmarried, they decreased by 0.088%. Through the results of the study, it is possible to estimate the high-risk and susceptible cardiovascular disease population after ten years, design appropriate sports to attract employees, and conduct physical fitness test tracking every year. For those who have emotional or dietary disabilities, through cross-sectoral categories such as nutrition Consultations with experts such as teachers and psychology.
