Most of the test methods used in the hospital are concentrated.The organic solvent such as merthiolate - iodine - formalin (MIF) 、 ether and other organic solvents are added , during operation, which will produce a large amount of harmful waste liquid. The medical examiner inhales a large amount of unpleasant organic solvent smell. After returning home, the taste remains on the nasal mucosa and the tip of the tongue. This smell can cause discomfort or even cancer, and the hospital is also filled with the smell of organic solvents. In the 46 questionnaires surveyed by medical examiners in the southern hospitals on innovative product design, 93% of the medical examiners agree that the traditional test method imposes a burden on the body, 98% are satisfied with the design of innovative products, and do not need to dump the waste manure tester. By standardizing the operation steps, the fecal block is removed by centrifugation, and the smell of feces and organic solvents is not exposed to the air, which can effectively protect the health of the medical examiner, reduce the occupational disaster of the medical examiner, effectively reduce the environmental pollution of the hospital and maintain the earth. The environment, the detection rate is increased, and the odorless and odorless low-contamination stool device is shortened by one-third of the working time. At present, the team cooperates with a regional teaching hospital in the eastern district of Tainan City to conduct human trials (IRB). There are 416 clinical trial results showing that the inspection rate of innovative products is 14.2% and the commercial products are in good agreement with 13.7%. Taiwan invention patent was obtained for this device and the mainland patent was applied in December 2017. The patent covers the diaphragm design and polymer material used in the film. Because the stool apparatus belongs to the class I medical equipment, a medical consumable license will be obtained with no much difficulties.
