ISO 45001 The necessary elements for importing a company include: strict compliance, risk (opportunity) identification, risk management and system management, the most important of which is to assess potential emergencies and perform emergency response drills. This will enable the relevant personnel in the company to be proficient in the knowledge and skills of emergency response, in order to effectively deal with disasters in an emergency, so as to reduce losses. This research is aimed at an optical factory in the central part of China. This optical factory has implemented TOSHMS, but has not yet introduced the ISO 45001 management system. We use the Strain Capability and Resource Evaluation Form, the Emergency Response Plan Book Element Table and the Emergency Response Command Center Equipment and Data Sheet. To check the performance of the emergency response of the research case. Although the optical factory of the research case has implemented TOSHMS, using the Strain Capability and Resource Assessment Form to check and find out: Ten of the 12 check items need to be improved, for example, the strain equipment has not yet been established, and the location of the strain equipment is appropriate. The evacuation plan is not yet complete, and the evacuation route map and the chemical allocation map are independent. According to the ISO 45001 emergency contingency plan, the 16 elements of the project are found to be qualified. The Strain Control Center equipment and data sheet check found that all failed.
