Taking the clinical nursing staff of a regional hospital in the south as the research object, a total of 226 cases were received. The study design was conducted by cross-sectional sampling with a structured questionnaire. Descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation Correlation, factor analysis (Pearson product-momentcorrelation Correlation) and factor analysis were performed with SPSS 20.0 statistical software package. Factor Analysis) and stepwise multiple regression. The results of the study showed that: (1) The average score of the overall empirical nursing ability of nursing staff was 3.07±SD=0.64, which was moderate. In the context of exploratory factor analysis, the three areas of "Proposed Evidence of Clinical Problems", "Integrated Empirical Literature Search" and "Implementation of Empirical Nursing Effectiveness" were extracted. Nursing staff scored the highest in the category of "clinical evidence for clinical problems" and the lowest score in the category of "integrated empirical literature search". (2) The nursing staff is older, has a research qualification, and has a conscious English proficiency of 4 or more, the higher the working years, the professional rank is N4 or higher, the conscious workload is very light, and the participation in the practical training mode is The multiple database for literature search and case report writing ability, as well as the conscious implementation of empirical nursing practice and supervisor support, the better the ability to care for the better. (3) The four grades of professional rank, empirical nursing training mode, conscious implementation of empirical nursing practice level and supervisory support for empirical nursing practice are the predictors of the nursing staff's empirical nursing ability. The results of this study can be used as a reference for planning the content and training methods of in-service education training courses for clinical nursing staff.
