The population of Taiwan has rapidly moved toward an aging society, and the elderly population will also increase rapidly in the future. Medial age and senior people will face the phenomenon of physiological deterioration with age, and the memory, understanding, and conversion of information will eventually degenerate, making the group feel frustrated and psychologically stressed in the use of technology products, thus rejecting to use and learn about new products. However, the consumption ability of this group cannot be underestimated in the future, and it is regarded as a potential market with strong consumption ability. The purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between the volunteering experiences for medial age and senior volunteers and the acceptance of artificial intelligence care in the later years. The research aims to (1) analyze the motivation of medial age and senior volunteers to participate in volunteer services; (2) explore the acceptance of artificial intelligence care for medial age and senior volunteers in their later year; (3) analyze the correlation between the motivation of participation in volunteer services for medial age and senior volunteers and the acceptance of artificial intelligence care in their later years. This study used the questionnaire survey method to study the medial age and senior volunteers living in Taichung City. A total of 300 questionnaires were sent out, 59 invalid questionnaires were eliminated, and 140 valid questionnaires were collected. The recovery rate was 46.7%. The SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to conduct statistical analysis. The results were analyzed by the method of frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent sample t-test, single-factor variability analysis and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation. The conclusions were as follows:I.The motivation for participation in volunteering for medial age and senior volunteers is the strongest in terms of “social demand motivation” and the weakest in the “self-growth motivation”;II.There are significant differences in the acceptance of artificial intelligence care in the old age among different ages, economic conditions and different service hours;III.The motivation for participation in volunteer activities for medial age and senior volunteers has a significantly positive correlation with the acceptance of artificial intelligence care in the later years.According to the findings and conclusions of the study, it can be found that there is a significantly positive correlation with the acceptance of artificial intelligence care for medial age and senior volunteers in their later years. It can be seen that artificial intelligence care plays an important role in the future for medial age and senior people. YU, CHIN-CHIA 余靜佳 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 119 zh-TW |
