It created the market of after school rehabilitation and care. The market demand for the after school rehabilitation and care has been continuously expanded, however, the competitiveness of the operation has become more apparent with continuous establishment of the after school class. The business of after schoo l rehabilitation and care need to provide complete service for parents to choose suitable one among them. The purpose of this study focuses on the key factors of parents to choose after school rehabilitation and care for their children The results of this study found that the key factor influence the choice of after school rehabilitation and care for parents is " E nvironment and Equipment" and "Brand and is less important T he result reveal s that the key influential factors in decision of choosing af ter school rehabilitation andcare for parents is different from the education experts. This results could provide reference for parents in decision.
