碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 社會工作學系碩士在職專班 === 107 === Abstract 　　With the changes in economic and social structure, there is a growing trend of chronic psychiatric patients in domestic and foreign. The continuous care after discharge from the hospital is a problem that the government, the public and mental rehabilitation professionals should pay attention to. "Community Home" is a new choice for the community-based rehabilitation of mental rehabilitation services. Its purpose is to provide an ideal home for adults with mentally disabled and to further promote the mental rehabilitation system from community to family. The purpose of this study is to explore the relevant factors and difficult situation affecting the establishment of community homes for the physically challenged, with a view to providing mental rehabilitation practitioners, community homeowners for the disabled, and the government's reference to relevant policies in the future. . 　　In this study, the study method of using quality, through the semi-structured in-depth interview research method, uses the purposive sampling method to select a certain degree of understanding of the home of the disabled, and has social background, psychology, nursing and medical management. A total of 8 research participants in the study of mental rehabilitation institutions or community home operators, the researchers converted the interview data into verbatim drafts, after finishing, using MAXQDA 2018.1 (Quality Analysis Software) for analysis, Finally, based on the references and analysis results, the conclusions and recommendations are made for the current policy and implementation profiles of the homes of the mental communities. 　　The results of the study (discovery) and recommendations: 1. The need for people with disabilities to live; 2. The need for independent living; 3. The service of community accommodation; 4. Pay attention to the rights and interests of the disabled; 5. Strengthening the policy of eliminating stigma; 6. Relaxation of bidding qualifications for community homes of the disabled.
