Summary:碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 應用心理學系碩士班 === 107 === This research aims to explore the influence of university students’ learning experience to their future time perspective, and how psychological capital moderates their past learning experience and future time perspective. This study adopts quantitative research. Research samples are based on the number of freshmen enrolled in universities from 2016 to 2017. Effective samples are 1138, and use descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and Multiple regression analysis. Results showed that: (1) university students' learning experience are positively related to future time perspective. (2) university students' psychological capital are positively related to future time perspective. (3) psychological capital can’t moderat the relationship between learning experience and future time perspective. In summary, we provide some suggestions to the institution and future researches.
