1.The reasons why working women practice motherhood and return to the workplace: 1)Economic demand;2)Workplace support;3)Job opportunity;4)Self-expectation。
2.The working women meet work family conflict likely to apply The methods: 1)Coordination of division with spouses;2)Seeking family support;3)Teach children how to be self-reliant or protect themselves;4)Seek support from community neighbors;5)Seeking the understanding of the chief and colleagues。
3.The influence of motherhood experience on helping people work:1)Lead the family to participate, let the family and children learn about the nature and content of the relevant helping professional work; 2)The idea of being closer to the client at work can provide listening and communication with emotional greetings, so that the unique experience of motherhood can help in helping others;3) Looking back at your family, reflecting on your family management, reducing your family requirements and cherishing your family.
