The current trend is to make employees actively absorb new knowledge to enhance capabilities and generate the quality and quantity of services. On-the-job training is about gaining confidence by continually learning new skills and hoping that you have the ability to successfully interact with the environment. The purpose of the study is to explore whether personality traits, job characteristics, and job satisfaction will increase the professional ability of on-the-job training, and whether related work can promote job or entrepreneurial performance. This study with survey questionnaires is from 150 on-the-job training students in the North District. A total of 117 valid questionnaires were collected, with a recovery rate of 78%. The study found that extroverted personality traits were significantly different between different genders. In the comparison of different ages, the scores of diligence, extroversion, and emotional sensitivity of young people were significantly higher than those of the elderly. Personality traits and work characteristics have a significant positive impact, and job characteristics and job satisfaction are also significantly positive. The results of this study will provide a reference for supervisors, on-the-job training students and future researchers. LAI, TING-ZHANG 賴廷彰 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 64 zh-TW
