Great literature creates vivid characters and unexpected plots that makes the readers bond and relate to their real life. The greatness of Jing Yong’s novel is the detailed description of its characters. This study takes Condor Heroes as an example, based on the Individual Psychology of Alder, to analyze the behaviors of the characters and find out the behavior purpose of each personality, so as to summarize the general qualities of all personalities. The purpose of this study are 1. To find the misbehaviors of Yang Guo and second to review the characters with radical and non-radical personalities. This study discovers: Life purpose can be changed if an individual has the will. The transformation of life purpose has positive impact on the strategy individual takes on the different events encountered in life. The conclusions are: 1.Yang Guo was born with the sins of his father, but through the fulfillment of his life purpose, he released himself from the sins of it, the negative comments on him due to misunderstanding is unfair. 2.The plots were given strong emotional ups and downs by the radical personalities in the character, while the non-radical personality ends up in tragedy, which helps the creation of literature. This study proposes that when assisting individuals with their abnormal behaviors, we could find the cause from its distinctive character, and ease his inferiority complex through social care which bonds the individual with society and transform the negative state of mind towards life.
