We chose bacterial cellulose as the carrier, and different carriers will have distinct effectiveness. In this experiment, bacterial cellulose(BC) is especially used to immobilized laccase on BC carrier. According to the results, the optimal reaction of immobilized laccase was discussed, and the economic benefits of industrialization were compared. The laboratory uses Acetobacter xylium to produce extracellular polysaccharide-bacterial cellulose as BC carrier. Bacterial cellulose has high water content and high biocompatibility.
