This study used recombinant E. coli to produce B. megaterium tyrosinase to produce tyrosinase. The effect of tyrosinase activity on different growth time and transformation temperature. And use Bacterial cellulose immobilized cells and tyrosinase were evaluated as possibilities for biosensors.
