Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 非營利組織管理碩士學位學程在職專班 === 107 === The main purpose of this study was to explore the factors that influenced the quality of life of individuals with disabilities in Eden care home. In-depth understanding of the quality of life of the disabled in Eden care home, and with the discussion of relevant literature for deeper discovery by using qualitative and quantitative analysis. After inductive analysis, the main findings are as follows:
1.The average score of all the caregivers interviewed is 54.33, which belongs to the middle level of quality of life. In four major categories, it is found that the average scores ranking from top to bottom are the category of environment(14.18), the category of physiology(13.65), the category of psychology(13.47), and the category of social relation(13.03), which all are in the middle level of quality of life.
2.In the category of physiology, residents have repeatedly created a new balance of "health" perceptions. Foreign hopes can have a good impression, and internal recognition is clear and accepts physiological degradation.
3.In the category of psychology, the residents rely on religious beliefs, they have a heart to rely on, and they are more tolerant of unsatisfactory things. The external influence shows that they are comfortable with the situation, but they express their sense of helplessness in the meaning of life.
4.In the category of environment, residents have a relatively high level of satisfaction in the institutional environment and the attitude of caregivers. Because of the government's subsidies, the burden on the family's economy has been greatly reduced, and the residents have expressed their mentality that "It’s not bad, not making a complaint."
5.In the category of social relation, the residents have a firm mutual support, expressing the tough vitality of the body that is inconvenient but still facing the light and not being knocked down by adversity.
