The paper uses the “Religious Belief Scale” and “Gratefulness Scale” to investigate the differences in volunteer work engagement in young volunteers. The following conclusions are induced: (1) The higher the number of volunteer activities per week, the higher the level of participation in volunteer activities, the people in higher vocational education more than the university volunteer work engagement (p < .05). Besides, the higher the age, the higher the level of volunteer work engagement; (2) the “religious beliefs” and the “volunteer work engagement” are significantly positively correlated (r = .48, p < .001). (3) the "degree of gratitude" is significantly positively correlated with the "volunteer work engagement" (r = .47, p < .001), and then also the higher "gratefulness" . (4) the "religious beliefs" and the "degree of gratitude" are significantly positively correlated, the overall religious beliefs and gratitude The correlation coefficient of the degree is significantly positive (r = .32, p < .001). The research recommends that the relevant service content can extend according to the volunteers of different conditions. This study expected to bring reference to the religious non-profit organization. LIU, YI-LONG 劉一龍 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 47 zh-TW
