The rapid development and management of non-profit organizations is extremely in need of attracting many professionals to participate in. As participation in further studies will make the social roles of high-level executives of non-profit organizations more diverse and complex, and individuals will have conflicts in order to compete for different roles.When the senior executives of non-profit organizations increase their "student status", do they face the conflict of roles between "study" and "work"? And what kind of response strategy do they take to reduce the impact of conflict? How to get Well-being in work and academic balance?Understand what value happiness brings to the organization The purpose of this study is to understand the conflicts between the learning and work of the senior executives of non-profit organizations in their study/work and their sense of well-being. The motivation for finding senior executive to pursue further studies is experience learning and lack of knowledge; and the conflict in re-education and time allocation. The help in the balance of the two has three characteristics, including: theory and practice, academic acquisition, and role transformation; self-fulfillment of work and academic balance due to happiness, including safe health, work achievement, good life, live in the present. The main results are as follows:Encourage senior executives to pursue on-the-job training and learning to improve organizational effectiveness、When you master the time, let time play ten times the value、The source of well-being can be divided into individual needs and personal values in the context of work and study.
