Through Multiple Regression Analysis and Discriminant Analysis, we try to verify the member of business colleagues’ "Brand agency", "Product", "Supply quality", "Organization and operation process", "Human resources management", "Business sales" and other facets will have a significant impact on "sales performance", and whether the sales and office staff members will have the different results and opinions from the questionnaires for each facet. According to this, the available research conclusions and recommendations, and related research contributions are as follows:
1. In addition to the long-term service and low turnover rate, the employees of Case A are also highly educated with relevant departments, highly experienced and high-knowledge-intensive industries of technical investment. The distribution of organizational structure belongs to business orientation.
2. "Product", "Supply quality", "Organization and operation process", "Human resources management" and "Business sales" facet, some of the variables are critical factors that affect the performance achievement rate significantly. However, there is no significant effect on the "Brand agency" facet.
3. The Case of A Company's client development performance proportion is low, only some of the "Organization and operation process" and "Human resource management" facet are critical factors that affect the proportion of client development performance significantly.
4. In the situation of limited operating costs of the company, if the sales performance have to be improved in a short term, the “relatively effective” critical factors can be selected for resource serving, strengthen and operation to save the cost of company.
5. Regardless of the business colleagues and non-business colleagues in the case of A company, they all have the positive and consistent view on the operation, product marketing and organizational development strategies. Supplemented by the structural characteristics of the population with long-term service and low turnover rate. It can be seen that the case of A company has been effective in organizing the cohesiveness of the organization.
