When discharge mode, the power is supplied to the thermoelectric cooling chip on the user to start cooling or heating mechanism to adjust the body temperature. When Charging mode, an external power supply can be directly used to charging battery or uses the chip to generate electricity if there is enough temperature difference. The bidirectional DC buck-boost converter uses a programmable microcontroller to control the PWM (pulse width modulation) duty cycle to adjust the best power conversion efficiency.
