Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 國際創業與經營管理學程碩士在職專班 === 107 === Nowadays, sport is an active part of the 21st century, which is why the importance of how football clubs and companies in the sports sector are managed and articulated is increasingly important. In recent years several top football clubs have declared bankruptcy or have made radical strategic changes to meet the growing need in being profitable in their market. In parallel the government and the football association are creating systems to control how these profit are being managed and where they come from. The objective of this thesis is to analyze through a qualitative study if with the application of the five strategy analysis and competitive mapping tools coming from the business world, chosen and analyzed previously, it's possible to improve the sports management in Club de Football CE Hospitalet, club taken as a study sample to improve the financial status of the club and provide data for a future development of a business plan and decision making. The results show that the strategic tools and competitive analysis can be applied to the CE Hospitalet club. Two of them are not appropriate for the application in the club and we will show how three strategic tools provide useful information for improving the financial status of the club and allow decision making with more internal, external and competitive information in real time.
