In this study, the National Elementary School of New Taipei City was selected as a case study project. Semi-structured interviews, document analysis and observational data analysis were conducted for the principals, contractors, teachers and parents of the case schools.
The research theme is "Study on the Management of New Schools with Unique Characteristics of New Taipei City" as the research topic. It discusses how the small country uses its own resources to promote the innovative operation of characteristic schools, the dilemmas and solutions encountered in the management strategy and the promotion of characteristic schools. Supporting measures, summarizing the research results and recommendations are as follows, providing reference for education administrative authorities, national primary and
secondary schools and future researchers.
First, to improve the child's learning effectiveness as the main purpose. Second, give full play to the leadership charm of the principal and reshape the campus innovation culture. Third, the school curriculum is integrated, integrating local culture. Fourth, develop school characteristics and shape school brands.
The process of developing a special school needs to unite everyone’s consensus for a common vision, direction, and language. In other words, the pace of unity can truly become a team, and team harmony can produce strength. The most important thing for the school is to give priority to the child's best interests, to develop the child's self-confidence and develop potential, so that the children have the opportunity to be seen.
