In today's so progressive society, because of social self-awareness and social innovation, even the introduction of the concept of social enterprise entrepreneurship, it may bring some light to this issue. At the same time, many emerging sports have also responded to scientific advances and innovative ideas. However, the resources needed to promote such sports should be broadened to gather together. And it can create opportunities with Service-Dominant Logic and become one of the seeds of social innovation. The need for power to flip, the purpose of this study is to explore the Disadvantage Groups employment flipping, with the promotion of the WheelBoard movement sport of emerging sports as a boost. From the relevant literature, we will explore related problems and solutions through qualitative research, action research, and in-depth interviews. I hope to be an option for a Disadvantage Groups employment dialogue. It is different from a business perspective or a non-profit organization that promotes or promotes the social value of "healthy because of sports, understanding through dialogue, and helping each other through understanding."
