As time goes toward present, museum turns as the bridge between artists’ work and audience, it not only plays the function of exhibition, collection, education and research, but also implies impact to certain performing arts professionals in terms of their way of participating as the museum audience. Based on the above information, the study aims at 6 performing arts professionals museum involvement to make a qualitative research on their non-institutional museum experience. Interview goes along with a semi-structure survey. The study, in the form of sociology descriptive research, focusing on performing arts professionals life course, relations with museum in the field of life practice and profession, and their learning progressiveness, social interaction, leisure function, and the connotation among all these perspectives. The study analyzes three major issues: 1. The understanding of relations between performing arts professionals and life course, profession with museum 2. The exploration of effect toward museum experience on performing arts professionals professional development and its social interaction, leisure and learning function versus direct or indirect association 3. The analysis of museum learning inspiration to performing arts professionals The study finds out that the performing arts professionals museum experience at their young age tends to be on parents’ guided hand operation activity, museum visiting habits, whereas later in school age, it moves on to thinking-oriented way of museum visit. The museum association connects with previous experience and life demand, there lies different judgements toward culture and sightseeing aspect for performing arts professionals. With the above findings, the study points out that family is the major facilitator in the development of performing arts professionals, and the learning is the outcome of personal progressive of time and devotion. The study also finds that museum experience counts favorably to the formation of performing arts professionals, although the social class does influence the fatalism of museum audience to an ironical extent. In conclusion, the museum learning experience of performing arts professionals reflects progressive and personal developing process, it stands an important part in the field of social interaction, inspirational learning.
