Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 織品服裝學系碩士班 === 107 === This study cuts through the perspective of urban life: on the one hand, it uses the image of urban life, printing forms, and printing and dyeing techniques to connect the researcher's experience in urban growth and roaming in print creation.
The process extracts the creative elements from images of urban life by means of photography, hand-painting, collage, etc., and analyzes the literature in a cross-reference, overlapping way, including related creative cases, and actually observes the life trajectories of people in the city. On the other hand, it also gets inspiration from the color of the sky to symbolize the urban people's work and experiment, to find the most representative images of urban life in print pattern design. Variables such as fabric, print materials, colors, feeling thickness and color-forming effects are used as references for subsequent print designs.
Finally, patterns are printed using digital and hand-screen-printing, taking inspiration from window paintings, urban hourglasses, telephone poles, old-style iron windows, urban and urban architectural prints, and applied in various household items and clothing. The finished product is presented in the form of clothes, and several pieces are made into tops, trousers, dresses and scarves.
