Those elements transferred into jewelry and matched scenery to present the topic called“Memory Garden”
that is presented the feeling of the specific experienced.
For the creative elements, it started from the study of Art Nouveau style analysis. Then, the case analysis method
and content analysis method were applied to various works. From the above analysis, the natural curves, botanical
patterns and exaggerated decorative patterns are used as the main basis for formation of the work.
The inside concepts became the scenery of the work.
These two parts merged together showed the characteristics of contemporary metalwork.
In the application of media, the mixed media such as plastic materials, metals and enamel were discussed separately.
The plastic materials commonly found in modern life and selected the type of plastic suitable for creation through experiments.
Finally, the 6th (OPS) biaxially stretched polystyrene, copper, bronze, silver, and enamel were used as the creative material.
Finally, based on the styling elements and media materials from the study, the combination of sensation in memory and
the floral theme that prevailed in the Art Nouveau period became the 8 pieces of mixed media jewellery in the serial of
「Memory Garden」.
