| Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 景觀設計學系碩士班 === 107 === LiNong neighbourhood is the most representative traditional residence in Shanghai, it not only shows the process of the urban development in Shanghai, but also be treated as the important part of Shanghai's urban features. while with the development of the urbanization, the modern residences start to replace the LiNong neighbourhood with a rapid speed, under such a background, more and more scholars start to think about the way to protect this kind of traditional residences.
Four kinds of research methods including figure-ground map analysis, interviewing, field investigation and document review are used. This study classify four conservation and regeneration models including commercial model, infrastructure renewal model, cultural and creative industries model and neighborhood life recover model. Finally, the study choose TianZifang which is the representative of cultural and creative industries model as the main study case. Firstly, this study analyze the block texture of TianZiFang through using five factors, the study also find the five kinds of places which are considerable important for residents' daily life in TianZiFang. Secondly, this study interviewed many residents who had already lived in TianZiFang for a long time, the purpose is to find the core value of LiNong neighborhood life through the residences' perspectives. At last, the study summarize the main challenges of the TianZiFang, the study also proposal some advice about the way to conserve and regenerate the Shanghai LiNong neighborhood.
