They broke away from the traditional shackles and built their love nest together in the 1920s, however, the good times were not long. Juansheng was unemployed , and had a hard life. This cruel reality and heavy blows left Juansheng and Zijun into difficulties and contradictions and then they made friction and love pale because they had heavy housework and different ideal of life. Juansheng offered to break up, and Zijun regret to leave in extreme pain, left Juansheng alone and remembered his lover. The thesis include: Chapter Ⅰ, Introduction; Chapter Ⅱ,the life of Shi Guangnan, the composer of “Shang Shi”, his creative style and important works; Chapter Ⅲ, The life and important works of Han Wei, the playwright of the opera “Shang Shi”; Chapter Ⅳ, the creative background and contents of “Shang Shi”; Chapter Ⅴ, the music analysis and singing interpretation about the four songs of soprano Zijun, A Sunset, Waiting for Joy, The Autumn Is Bleak and An Unfortunate Life ; Chapter Ⅵ, Conclusion. The paper mainly probes into the four songs of soprano Zi Jun, the melody is beautiful, and it belongs to tonal music of western traditions. Firstly, Romance “A Sunset”, shows Zi Jun’s longing and joy for love; Secondly, Chanson “Waiting with Joy”, exhibits Zi Jun’s sweet home life; Thirdly , Aria “Rustling in The Autumn” displays Zi Jun’s sentimental feeling, puzzling, shouting loudly, and sighing; Lastly, Aria “Unlucky Life” expresses Zi Jun’s lamenting for love life and unfortunate life.
