However, the reasons for the diversity of the people and the high heterogeneity are undeniable as the product of social development and the result of the interaction of multiple factors such as individual, family, economy and society. The society concerns the small population more and more every year. Therefore, there are many studies on "homelessness", trying to find out the reasons for the formation of the homeless, discussing the current situation of them, finding out how to manage them, how to establish a system to delivery service for them, and how to effectively end homelessness. Hope that there will be no one homeless. The general ways to help the homeless are containment, placement, and employment. The strategies for solving the problems with the homeless is often "prevention of becoming homeless" or "out of homelessness", just try to make the homeless disappear. The researcher found that Liu Yi-Feng (Yves Moal) takes care of many homeless people at Yu Li in Hualien. He spends much time to accompany every homelessness. He respects them, and provides them with stable living support, assists them in regaining self-worth by the concept of empowerment, and develops economic activities and assistance based on the community. The homeless participate in community work and integrate into the community. He provides shelters unconditional, provides personal wants and basic needs, stabilizes the living environment, and lives together without each other. The way in which Father Liu Yi-Feng (Yves Moal) serves the homeless is in the view and spirit of developmental social work and housing first. From the way Father Liu Yi-Feng (Yves Moal) stabilizes the homeless live, the researcher suggests policy makers and service providers to respect the individual wishes and abilities of the homeless. First provide a sense of security and community ownership, and then talk about assisting work and stabilizing employment, which will be an effective service strategy. The way that Father Liu Yi-Feng (Yves Moal) led the community life and work method of the homeless as a reference for the homeless, and hoped to contribute to the service of the homeless.
