碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 心理學系 === 107 === The proverb"Know Yourself"is well known to almost every student in department of philosophy.But the way and process to know oneself vary from people to people,even for the same person.As for me,I have been through at least two different stages.When I was studying philosophy in university,I used to learn to know myself by using logic.I trained myself to follow logos and adjust my life accordingly.But after coming to Taiwan to study phychology in FJU,I strated using a different way to know myself.That is "sefl-narrative".This change happend because I'm experiencing another phase of my life,which is different from that in university.My interpersonal relationship is now quite different from before.Therefore,I need another way to reflect on things happening to me.The history and emotions of mine came back to me during my self-narrative.In this process,I tried to find the relation between the past and present,and to move forward to create my own story of life.
