However, an insufficient number of on-site docents and the slow update of written materials and fixed-point audio guide often made information difficult to obtain and often inaccurate. There are other shortcomings of poor interactive experience or even neglect of visitors. In the past, many guide apps lacked innovation in the interface design and most guide systems do not support cross-platform use on mobile devices. Moreover, the on-site guide screens rarely combined GPS positioning and image recognition. Therefore, this study plans to construct a markerless and location based services AR (augmented reality) cross-platform mobile guide, and apply it to the tour guide of the National Center for Traditional Arts. For augmented reality technology, this system uses the Wikitude SDK Cordova tool provided by Wikitude GmbH. It primarily provides an interactive guide AR experience. As for the mobile guide APP operation interface design, it uses the Framework7 framework structure for layout design. In the context mode without AR, you can browse the information about the scenic spots in real time, and through the above-mentioned development tools or framework structure, you can operate the app on the more common IOS and Android smart mobile device systems, allowing cross-platform usage for visitors. Additionally, its primary purpose is to assist the docents and improve the digital guide quality.
