| Summary: | 碩士 === 佛光大學 === 管理學系 === 107 === Jiaoxi, located in the first pass of Yilan, is the first arrival point for the north to east, and the uprising restaurants, hotels and B&B in such a conflict zone, therefore the competition is so much intense, and The Riverside hotel is located in this so called war area. This study aims to use the business model to access the business model, and through the qualitative research method of the in-depth interview to draw its structure, and analyze the results from interviewees. The results also help the business to develop further management and developing strategies.
1.To construct the business model for The Riverside hotel.
2.To propose the revised business model for the Riverside hotel
3.To process the business model and make management recommendations.
4.To explore the role and development strategies in hospitality industry of The Riverside hotel.
This results of in-depth interviews were expected to help The Riverside hotel to draw a business model and planning for the further development, and to compose the current business model structure, to explore the role and development strategies in hospitality industry of The Riverside hotel.
