Summary:碩士 === 佛光大學 === 管理學系 === 107 ===   With rapid development of sightseeing tourism as well as increasing travels of people in Taiwan as observed over recent years, the tourism industry, for survival purpose, has to keep updating package tour and promotional activities, in order to provide customers with better travel environment and more options. For seniors in their retirement, leisure tourism activities could help them release pressure, maintain physical health, and materialize self-realization. In addition, leisure tourism activities could also produce positive social impact. Seniors could relax their mind and enrich their life through appropriate travel, in addition to regular and boring daily life. The young, in addition to having fun themselves, would also think about how to optimize the lie of the elderly and properly arrange travel itinerary for them. With continuous increases in travels of the Taiwanese every year as well as increasing population of the seniors, the tourism industry should consider how to arrange the travel itinerary for the elderly and what factors should be considered by sales department regarding products for the elderly? A total of five aspects were established through literature review, namely, sightseeing, cultural experience, sport activities, recreation activities and delicious food. In this study, some seniors were interviewed on their selection of activities for a travel. Experts in Modified Delphi Technique were invited to select factors. Findings in this study could be used as a reference for the tourism industry and sales department in the future.
