It occurs to the same word but shows in different shape phenomenally. Since the computer technology changes rapidly, and also the internet system develops fast; the various online business has been flourished and relied on computer to deal with Chinese characters. However, the "shape" of many words are lacking the exchange code. For the purpose of preserving the word "shape", the word can only be created by the user in the word-making area. Moreover, the number of words produced by these words over time and also the problem of network data exchanging is gradually derived as the problem of missing words. In the past, most users have used the personal computer to create words, and then converted the data into PDFs, or downloaded the rare words, converted the words into pictures and then inserted the files to solve the missing characters. The problem of network data exchange, but these methods have their shortcomings, after all, these aren’t able to be solved completely. Based on this issue, this study aims to construct a Chinese rare word management system, integrate technology, develop automatic word-making function and automatic code conversion function to cope with the problems faced by various rare words, and users could quickly produce beautiful appearance for the purpose of solving vector word to solve the problem of missing words and network data exchange.
