A total of 899 valid questionnaires were collected. Research methods use questionnaires to collect data, and use the spss to do cluster analysis for analysis of the socio-economic variables of parents of primary school children in primary and secondary schools, parents expecting the impact of childrens "current stage" and "future expectations" on their childrens education spending. Using regression model to describe the correlation of variables and verify changes in the education spending of children and economic benefits with parents’s expectation from different public and private Primary and Scondary schools. The research results are as follows: 1. For those who have abibities to work in the family, each additional year of the mother’s education qualification is NTD 336 and 149, More percentage4.84% and 2.32%. 2. In the family who live with the spouse and who do not live with the spouse, the family education expenditure is NTD 649 less per month, less percentage 9.35%. 3. Compare with Fathers occupation is non-public education personnel and public education personnelIts family education expenditure is NTD 71 per month, More percentage10.25%.The reason is that in private primary schools, most of them are individual business companies or senior executives; Mothers occupation is more non-public than the public. Its family education expenditure is NTD 759, less percentage 10.94%. The possible reason is that the mother is more often accompanied by the children, and it is more likely to offset the expenditure on education. 4. The expenditure of children attending private schools are more than children attending public schools, Its family education expenditure is NTD 4,925 per month, More percentage 71.00%. 5.
