The reserve military counseling center is to assist the Ministry of National Defense in promoting the national defense affairs of the whole people and the services of the reserve military personnel. Since the characteristics of the various organs under the Ministry of National Defense are different from those of the general public and private departments, the motives of the reserve and reserve military guidance organizations are indeed worth studying. On the other hand, because the reserve military counseling cadres are performing public services, the ability of volunteers, traits and external services not only affects the overall image of the Ministry of National Defense, but also affects the quality of government administration services. Volunteers emphasize team service, so volunteers If we can provide organizational citizenship behavior to the volunteer team, we can also provide enthusiasm for the client. This study aims to understand the relationship between motivation and organizational citizenship behavior in the capacity and traits of reserve military counsellors.
This study used Kaohsiung City Reserve Military Counselors as the research object, and issued 456 questionnaires. Among them, 317 valid questionnaires, chanting, validity, factor analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and the use of class regression to verify the research hypothesis under the control of demographic variables, the results of the study show: First, the reserve military counseling cadres agree that their motivations are the highest in social responsibility, the second is to enrich the life and learning motivation, and the lowest is the institutional trait motivation. Second, the relationship between the shackles and motives of the reserve military counseling cadres for organizational citizenship behavior is not interfered by ability, but only by the intermediary of the ability. Third, the relationship between the shackles and motivations of the reserve military counseling cadres to the organizational citizenship behavior is partly interfered by the traits of different degrees, and is also affected by the partial mediation of different traits. Research findings, research recommendations, and research limitations are also based on research findings.
