Later, with the economic development, external dressing has become a symbol of peoples status, and beauty salon is the first step for people to change their appearance and appearance, and promote business opportunities in the hairdressing market. Increased, the hairdressing industry has become an indispensable part of daily life, so the quality of service will not only affect its own business, but also affect customer satisfaction and willingness to re-consume. Therefore, this study will focus on the hairdressing consumers in Tainan City. The purpose of this study is to explore the relevance of hairdressing customers expectations for service quality, satisfaction and willingness to resell. Questionnaires were collected and 276 valid questionnaires were collected. The SPSS system software was used for statistical analysis of data. The data analysis method was analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample verification, single factor analysis, regression analysis and related analysis.
