Summary:碩士 === 遠東科技大學 === 休閒運動管理碩士學位學程 === 107 === The purpose of this research is to explore among the perceptive coach leadership behaviors, training satisfaction, and other factors for elementary and junior high school martial art athletes in Tainan City, and also compare the difference between different background variables in the perceptive coach leadership behaviors and training satisfaction. The research selects the elementary and junior high school wushu athletes as the research objects, and uses the survey scales method as the research tool. This research utilizes convinience sampling method to collect 350 questionnaires, 312 valid questionnaires, and the effective response rate is 89.14%. All the gathered materials are analyzed by descriptive statistic, independent samples T-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. According to the research analysis, it indicates: (1) Of all the aspects in the measurement scales of perceptive coach leadership behaviors of coaches, the highest score is “training and guidance”, “democratic behavior”, “caring behavior” and “rewarding behavior” , the second one is “autocratic behavior” in sequence ; Of all the aspects in the measurement scales of training satisfaction, the highest score is coah leadership, training plan, team relationship, sports ground facility and personal performance in sequence. (2) Based on different background variables in perceptive coach leadership behaviors and training satisfaction, there is significant difference in gender, educational system, age of practicing martial art, weekly training hours and sports accomplishment. (3) There is significantly positive correlations between perceptive coach leadership behaviors and training satisfaction in caring behavior and autocratic behavior.
