If the cylinder head has a poor working environment and is subjected to various periodic effects such as periodic pressure, bolt force or load, the cylinder head must have sufficient strength and rigidity as well as fatigue life. Pneumatic cylinder heads are devices that withstand pressure and prevent fluff in pneumatic components. The number of times of operation is related to the life of the cylinder head. In this study, the MCQA series pneumatic cylinders were used as the research background. The influence of the software ANSYS on the cylinder cover pressure and stress deformation was studied by numerical simulation. The results of this paper show that the larger the load and air pressure, the greater the deformation and stress, the maximum stress occurs in the outer ring of the tight hole.
