This study obtained the Ischemic stroke patient’s data that performed CTP image and Diffusion weighted image within a week from China Medical University Hospital at 2018.All patient’s data were anonymous and random before the doctors diagnosed images.
The CTP image results used SPSS calculated K coefficient of agree-ment to find out consistency between doctors. And used Medcalc calculat-ed receiver operating characteristic curve to find out doctor’s CTP image results and DWI results consistency or not. Kappa and ROC curve could help us to realize the impact of CTP images that processed by different image processing program.
