It is engaged in punching and OEM manufacturing of the hardware. During the ’80s and ’90s, it even created an outstanding record of 120 million annual turnovers, even though its number of employees was merely more than twenty. Since the increasing migrations of the industry from Taiwan to Mainland China has led to domestic industrial gap in the late last century, it was the beginning of the industrial transformation. The case corporation now operates three major production lines. In this study, Monitor bracket base, an assistive device of consumer electronics, was used to construct a procedure of lean production system. Two im-provement methods of lean production, “external process improvement of managerial assistance” and “internal process Improvement” are ap-plied to overcoming the bottlenecks and wastes encountered in the pro-duction process. By practicing the case corporation, the feasibility of lean production system can be validated. The empirical result proves that the implemen-tation of lean production can increase the productivity and reduce the defective rate. The case corporation has had sequentially channeled lean produc-tion plans since April, 2018. The statistics pointed out that about 33.3% of productivity in assembly line was increased, while 10.42% of defec-tive rate of blanks was decreased, saving 2% in overall cost. The result indicated that the ball material and structure design contributed to the reduction of overall cost by 6.5%. Toyota motor co. was the corporation first implementing small-volume large-variety lean production methods and earned significant profit. It then became a management issue which the manufacturing industries over the world’s advanced countries strove to research into. Ford Mo-tor, an international motor corporation in USA, also benefits a lot by means of implementation of lean production.
