Then the influence effect of each factor is analyzed by imply the Taguchi experimental method to obtain the best process parameters of the minimum warpage and improve the roundness of lens barrel. From the analysis of experimental results show that the packing pressure is the most important process factor affecting roundness, followed by the melt temperature, packing time, ram speed, mold surface temperature and mold-open time. In the CAE analysis of the original process parameters, the maximum roundness of the lens barrel is 0.0006411 mm, and the roundness value of the optimal parameters is reduced to 0.0003152 mm. The roundness has 50.83% improvement. The roundness of the other three lens barrels also has 35.91%, 34.16% and 42.81% respectively improvement.
