The changes of new version of ISO9001:2015 and imports can affect the transformation and values of corporate, which has a major impact on traditional enterprises; In order to improve Industrial competitiveness, strengthen internal system integration, effectively manage and reduce risks, C company introduces ISO9001:2015 to strengthen the management system and enable all colleagues to have in-depth understanding and substantive implementation of ISO management.
This study uses a case study method. Through literature review, we will catch the key points of IOS9001:2015 revision, and implement the ISO historical documents and archive records of C company, as well as the questionnaire survey of all colleagues and in-depth interviews with relevant personnel, and use the descriptive statistical method as the triangle verification. Finally, the research findings will be discussed with the scholars' arguments in order to understand the success of the ISO import in addition to helping the C company to effectively transform, and also enable the second generation successor to successfully take over the severe ISO system and continue to implement the spirit of the ISO quality management system of the key success factors.
The study found that the effectiveness of C company after the implementation of ISO9001:2015 are 1. External customer satisfaction has also been significantly improved, repurchase rate and new orders increased; 2. For the company's image and brand, there is a significant increase; 3. The company's highest leader lead the senior executives to participate and learn and agree with the relevant provisions in the ISO; 4. Second generation take over and do the ISO implementation can help quickly understand the working conditions and management processes of each unit, and also understand the operating procedures of each unit; 5. After importing ISO 2015, the second generation successor is more aware of the business physique and enhances the competitiveness of the industry; 6. The introduction of ISO is to strengthen the internal organization of the company and establish a management system; 7. After the introduction, the responsibilities are clearly divided and there are clear process requirements. We also found that the Key factors for success of the C company are: 1. High-level supervisor commitment; 2. Unit supervisor approval; 3. Employees fully cooperate and implement; 4. The second-generation successor does implement ISO9001:2015.
