As a result, this research try to use management trust and guardian ship system to plan asset management for elderly life with dignity. Therefore, the study analyzes the interviews of experts’ viewpoints. The results of this study have found that people should make good use of the existing characteristics of having a high savings rate and possessing a high real estate rate, combined with a management trust, the original legal guardianship system and a new system of intentional guardianship for proper planning.
