I wish I can understand the background history and development of real estate brokers by the study of this research and the documents I collected. I interviewed some leaguer in order to explore why they choose the affiliate the brands they want. By using the qualitative research method and using in-depth interviews as the ways I collected datas. The research objects who have been engaged in the real estate brokerage industry for more than ten years, and is currently a franchisee of the well-known chain brands, for the real estate brokerage industry the development and the franchise, each of the brands must have a considerable degree of understanding of their affiliate message. After summarizing the ideas and opinions collected from the in-depth interviews of the objects, I can generate forward conclusion and recommendation to prompt the brand owners to continue progress their business. This can not only provide the best resources for the affiliated franchisee and also provided the practitioners who want to become franchisees in the future.The research results show that the factors that should be paid attention to and considered when joining include the franchisees themselves should have the experience of the industry and the preparation of funds, the management of contacts, and the important factors in joining the franchisees are: brand awareness, perfect logistics support, education Education and training, franchise store object alliance and other four factors.
