Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 環境工程與科學學系 === 107 === In order to improve the quality of surface water, the Environmental Protection Administration has separately updated the discharging standards for nitrogen and phosphorus in wastewater. This study need a municipal wastewater treatment plant (MWWT) and a hotel around Sun Moon Lake as examples to discuss the effects water treatment capacity, the water quality of the inflow and outflow, on the performace of the treatment systems. Based on the results, the operational management and engineering improvement are proposed to improve the efficiency of phosphorus and nitrogen removal. According to the research results, although the current discharge water of the MWWT can meet the current and future standards, there are also problems of insufficient carbon source and poor phosphorus removal efficiency in the Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR). In the operation and management of the MWWT. To addess the above problems, it is recommended to extend the aeration period in the SBR to increase the reaction time of the Phosphate Accumulating Organisms (POAs) and to add magnesium salt at the end of the treatment system. In engineering improvement, it is recommended to upgrade the SBR treatment to Sequencing Batch Biofilm Reactor (SBBR) treatment . At current setup, the removal efficiencies of nitrogen and phosphorus are 83.1 and 57.6%,respectively. After the change, it is estimated that the nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency can be increased by 2~7% and 22~38% , respectively. In the case of the discharge water in the hotel industry, the total nitrogen and total phosphorus can meet the current standard, but the total phosphorus concentration in one of the tests has exceeded the future standard. In addition, the oil entering the bioreactor also has a high concentration. In the operation management, the hotel proposes to extend the intercept time of the oil interceptor or increase the cleaning frequency of the oil intercepting tank, and reduce the use of phosphorus-containing products. In engineering improvement, it is recommended to increase the oil intercepting groove or increase pressure floating device, and the biological treatment is changed from the contact aeration to A2O(Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic). It is expected that the phosphorus removal efficiency can be improved by 2~7%.
